Best Western Plus Lake Elsinore Inn & Suites

I love this place! Quiet location and great value online, thru the Best Western Website. Plenty of parking and many restaurants and stores nearby.

Great place to stay while handling some family needs nearby. Opted to drive a bit farther to find a quality hotel in a safe neighborhood, and it was the right choice. Conveniently situated near the freeway, Tesla supercharger, grocery store, and other businesses. Air conditioning was quiet and did not bother me at night. Great black-out shades. Really appreciated all of the closet and drawer space to unpack.

Great spot in lake Elsinore for a quick night stay. Breakfast was good - loved the coffee, our room was extremely clean and had plenty of space.

Went here for business. The best thing about this hotel was the view. It was a crazy mess that could have been resolved easily. I had to wait almost 3hrs before the lady at the desk called her boss just to find out all she had to do was change the name on the reservation.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff there was all great, from the check in person, maids, maintenance man (Nathan), and kitchen staff (Virginia). You have some amazing staff that made us feel welcomed since the first day we stayed. We were there for 5 days. I am thankful for wonderful people who treat people nice. I highly recommend this hotel. When I come back I will definitely stay here again. The landscape was very beautiful. The rooms were clean and roomy. I rate this place a 5 star and more... Best Western is my go-to property no matter where i land! Elsinore is no exception. The location is central to starting great rides in the region and many local businesses are certainly worth visiting. Reservations are made simple to complete and on the odd occurrence of necessitating change, i’ve yet to encounter difficulty finding resolution. Staff are consistently pleasant, and responsive to issues brought to their attention. Thank you Theresa. A lifetime on two wheels has brought experience to deal with the unexpected…Best Western has been a good companion in my travels. Always recommended.

My 5 stars for service is for Janine---we had phone interactions with her courteous service ahead of reservation and she was patient, informative, helpful, and had a pleasant demeanor. Setting a tone like that for our stay (getting away from big, unfortunate, high-stress events) is imperative to a business in hospitality. Looking forward to our stay and will update more after.

The front desk was staffed by people that were both friendly and helpful, which was extra welcome after a long and exhausting trip. The location was great: close to the highway, but far enough up the road to be away from most of the traffic. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast bar. It was well-stocked with a variety of foods both hot and cold, the area very clean, and the staff friendly and attentive. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable.
